The hotel is connected via an underground passageway to the Hotel Delta Quebec, and to the parliament complex and the observation deck at Anima G across Boulevard Rene Levesque, which is one of Quebec City’s major tourist attractions.

In winter, the hotel is directly across the street from the Winter Carnival Ice Palace, and a short walk from there into the Winter Carnival grounds to view the International Ice and Snow Sculpture Competition.  And, it’s a two-minute walk in winter to picturesque Place d’Youville and its large outdoor skating rink and to the St. John Gate and the Old City.
